Estimated Shipping Time

Most orders will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Your order items will be shipped out from myFirst HQ Warehouse located in Singapore. We usually ship through DHL Shipping Services and all of our product prices will be in United States Dollar (USD). Please allow additional time for processing during major sales and holidays. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order is on its way to you. The shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.

Delivery times vary based on selected service and destination. Regular post ranges from 3 to 28 working days depending on the shipping address.

 

Global Shipping

myFirst customers live all across the globe, so we can ship our products to every nook and corner of the world.  We also do have distributors that make our products available all around the world! 

 

Remote Area Surcharge

A remote area surcharge is an additional fee applied by couriers for shipments made to and from locations that the courier deems to be in remote areas. Couriers will consider a location to be remote if it is far from their regular pick up or delivery path. This means that if the courier does not have a depot near the pickup or delivery address your shipment may be subject to a remote area surcharge.

If there is an order from remote areas, we will reach out to customers and let know about the extra remote area surcharge that should be borne by the customer. If this situation causes inconvenience for customers, the customer may drop an email at support@myfirst.tech and discuss it with our team and we can provide a better solution.

 

Value Added Tax (VAT) / Duty Import Tax

Extra duties and taxes may apply to all purchase to countries members of the European Union depending on the total order value.

a) For orders under €150 (Include Shipping)

    • Customers will be charged VAT amounting 20% of total purchase (excluding shipping)

b) For orders over €150 (Excludes Shipping)

    • myFirst does not collect VAT for order value over €125 (excluding shipping). Customers are responsible to pay the VAT/Duty Import tax to EU's customs authorities themselves.

Free Shipping

myFirst offers free shipping to EU with minimum purchase of €150. The minimum value may changes during campaign periods. Terms and conditions will apply and myFirst reserves the right to amend this offer at any time without prior notice.
